Cort Christie

Cort Christie is an entrepreneur, executive, author, and speaker who has garnered widespread recognition for his acumen in business and finance. Honored with an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1999, Cort Christie has made appearances on a number of national media outlets, including the cable television networks CNBC and MSNBC and radio programs broadcasted across the country. Presently, he heads Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH) in Las Vegas, where he holds the roles of Chief Executive Officer and President.

Established in 1989 by Cort Christie, NCH provides a comprehensive range of business formation and consultation services including incorporation, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, retirement and estate planning, and venture capitalization assistance. A thriving enterprise, NCH has created more than 30,000 corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships in Nevada and beyond. Today, Cort Christie’s firm boasts the distinction of being the largest source of incorporation services in the state.

In addition to his role at NCH, Cort Christie holds board positions at the Nevada Resident Agent Association, the Reno/Tahoe chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Nevada, and Sage Ridge School, an independent college preparatory institution located in Reno. He also writes books on business and financial topics, including Incorporating in Nevada, The Nevada Edge, and Building Your Financial Fortress.

Cort Christie graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and obtained an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He holds memberships in the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Development Authority, the Nevada Policy Research Institute, and the Nevada Taxpayers Association.
