Chesley Rafferty
Chesley Paul Rafferty is a native of Perth, Australia. Rafferty attended High School at Chisholm Catholic College from 1992 until 1996. Chesley was a motivated student from the beginning, participating in all areas of student affairs and activities. Not only was he a part of the hockey team and the swimming team, Rafferty was also a member of the Senior Debating Club. He was also chosen to be the school’s Student Exchange Representative to France in 1995. Alongside his studies and involvement in clubs, Chesley Rafferty even found time to be in the lead role in the school production of the “Wizard of Oz.” Rafferty also received special recognition in the Tertiary Entrance Examination, where he received the highest external TEE score in the entire school for Discrete Math. After graduating from Chisholm, Chesley Rafferty was accepted to study Social Ecology and Commerce at Murdoch University. Just some of the subjects he studied include Cell Biology, Environmental Biology, Resource Politics, and Introduction to Economics Cities and Sustainability. Rafferty received his Bachelor’s in 1999. He later went on to Notre Dame University, where he studied Law. Today, Chesley Rafferty is focusing on furthering his career. He began working as a Sales Manager at Messages on Hold Australia while still attending university. His hard work led him to earning the Employee of the Year award. In 2001, Rafferty accepted a position with CPR Marketing to serve as the Director of the company. Beyond his career, Chesley P. Rafferty is also very involved in his community, supporting Greenpeace and donating to Surf Life Saving Australia. Rafferty also volunteers his time whenever possible to Manna Industries, a charity kitchen devoted to serving meals to the poor.
