Located just down the street from Hollister at 591 Broadway is Victoria’s Secret, which is another property managed by Alex Adjmi. Renowned footwear designer Steve Madden also leases a marquee property from Alex Adjmi, operating a store at 720 Lexington Ave. in downtown Manhattan. In addition to his work with ACHS Management, Alex Adjmi also serves as the President of A&H Acquisitions, a subsidiary specializing in the acquisition of prime real estate. Overseeing all business operations of the company, Alex Adjmi ensures that it can continue to acquire some of the most sought-after properties in the New York and Chicago metropolitan areas. Outside of his many successful real estate ventures, Alex Adjmi remains actively involved in a number of Jewish community organizations and charities, including The Angel Fund, L'Association Ozar Hatora, Sephardic Community Center, and Special Education Academy of Deal.
