Vince Dimiceli has over 30 years experience in the steel, chemical and electronics industries holding executive management positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Manager with companies in North America and Europe. Mr. Dimiceli has extensive experience in start-up and turnaround companies and has actively succeeded in developing and implementing worldwide sales and marketing strategies and re-vamping operations that have led to considerable growth and improvement in the profitability in these businesses. Mr. Dimiceli successfully managed a start-up manufacturing company in Estonia (Eastern Europe) growing annual sales to $280 million by the third year of operations. He also has considerable experience working with utility companies and negotiating long term utility contracts as well as successfully working with federal and state government agencies that lead to favorable rulings in fair trade cases and one of the largest state incentive programs granted in the United States. Vince Dimiceli is also involved in socially responsible and triple bottom line businesses that are interested in social change and creating a model workplace rooted in respect and compassion. Mr. Dimiceli holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Kentucky Wesleyan College and a MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin Wallace College.
