The company has met the stringent requirements to become an authorized dealer for ADT Security Services, Inc., the top electronic home security provider in the world. Today, SecureWatch’s home security customers span 11 states, including Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Florida, and Ohio. SecureWatch continues to grow, providing needed employment opportunities in economically challenging times.
ADT products available through SecureWatch include home security, fire detection, carbon monoxide detection, medical and emergency alert, two-way-voice, spoken system alerts, and other home security and monitoring measures. SecureWatch customers join an advanced ADT communications network, which answers approximately 33 million customer service calls annually. Calls are answered by ADT professionals, who respond to alarms and contact customers and the police, fire department, or emergency personnel right away.
SecureWatch offers a variety of ADT packages, including its Premium Wireless System, Premium Plus - Two Way Voice, Premium Plus – Cellular Backup, and completely customized solutions. With more than half of the approximate 1.4 million residential burglaries occurring during the day and burglaries costing nearly $2 billion per year, SecureWatch provides more than security – it provides peace of mind. The SecureWatch ADT equipment includes a state-of-the-art Wireless Security Panel, which can handle multiple zones of protection. This technology, with touchpad, built-in display, and status speaker, meets Security Industry Association false-alarm standards.
As an ADT authorized dealer, SecureWatch also offers audible smoke and heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and glass-break detectors, as well as cellular-backup and cellular-primary units, a wireless remote key fob, an emergency pendant, an infrared motion sensor that is immune to pets up to 70 pounds, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
In addition to securing homes with ADT systems, SecureWatch and its staff maintain memberships in professional organizations including but not limited to Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), the Electronic Security Association (ESA), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
