Scott Krowitz
Under Scott Krowitz and his partners, Lexolution offers contract legal staffing solutions to individuals, corporations, and law firms throughout the United States. In 2001, Lexolution operated out of one office in New York City. A decade later, Scott Krowitz and the other Principals at Lexicon now preside over operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Richmond, Virginia. Lexolution draws on a candidate pool of more than 17,000 legal professionals, both attorneys and paralegals, allowing it to offer highly skilled professional assistance at reasonable rates.
Building on his own legal experience, Scott Krowitz set out to offer core legal services, including litigation discovery, trial preparation, and substantive litigation. Lexolution also offers assistance in corporate and real estate due diligence, corporate housekeeping, and substantive corporate and real estate transactional work.
Scott Krowitz places strong emphasis on Lexolution’s foreign language review and translation services. Lexolution now has the resources to handle 25 languages, including Japanese, Arabic, Hebrew, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Greek, and Polish.
Scott Krowitz co-founded Lexolution after working 14 years as a lawyer. After graduating from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1987, Scott Krowitz spent five years with the firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York City. In 1992, he transferred to Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Over the next several years, he gained experience in securities, franchise, commercial contracts, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage.
Outside of work, Scott Krowitz serves as Vice President of his local synagogue in Stamford, Connecticut, where he serves as Co-Chair of the fundraising and human resources committee. Scott Krowitz is married with two children.
