Rhonda Carr
Rhonda Carr began her career in cosmetics at Merle Norman Cosmetics, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Performing in various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Regional Training Director, National Spokesperson, and National Training Manager, Rhonda Carr worked directly with the President of the company. Creating over 20 sales training videos, Rhonda Carr also helped more than 2,000 studio owners prepare themselves for a successful approach to their franchise.
For the next four years, Rhonda Carr worked as a Regional Training Director for the Lancaster Group USA. Responsible for organizing fashion shows, store promotions, and public speaking events, Rhonda Carr was honored as the 1995 Trainer of the Year and attended a worldwide marketing convention in Austria.
Rhonda Carr then moved on to become the Sales and Training Director for Lauren Anderson Associates, Inc. Overseeing prestigious clients such as Avon Products, Inc., Victoria’s Secret, Elizabeth Arden, Inc., and Robinsons-May, Rhonda Carr trained individuals in areas of skin physiology and skin care, makeup artistry, customer relations, product knowledge, and business management.
In her largest management role to date, Rhonda Carr was responsible for training over 33,000 individual business owners at JAFRA Cosmetics International. To give the independent owners a step forward, Rhonda Carr motivated and inspired them through seminars, speeches, and personal training. While working for Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd., Rhonda Carr also formulated sales and educational programs to assist new business owners. Responsible for motivating her team to produce a 78 percent increase in sales in the Southern California region, Rhonda Carr has performed platform trainings and speeches in place of owner Jane Iredale when needed.
As the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Episciences, Inc., Rhonda Carr once again significantly increased sales by 50 percent in her first 6 months. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer concerning matters of sales, marketing, and public relations, Rhonda Carr also developed the website format and all educational and sales strategies. She also assists the owner and founder of the organization. Assisting another senior management executive, Rhonda Carr worked as a Consultant to Dr. Loretta Ciraldo of Cosmedical Technologies, Inc. for two years.
Currently the Vice President of Sales and Education for Advanced Mineral Makeup, Rhonda Carr continues to develop marketing and educational materials for the sales team. Operating in direct contact with founder and owner Annie Mayo, Rhonda Carr plays an important role in producing a business plan for Advanced Mineral Makeup.
