RAL Companies

RAL Companies & Affiliates, LLC faced the daunting task of transforming Loft 25, an industrial building erected in 1918, into luxury accommodations, a project at which the company excelled. As of August 2011, each of the building’s 79 units was sold, with asking prices beginning at $950,000. Developer Robert A. Levine included a number of amenities in each condominium to entice RAL Companies’ clients wishing to relocate to Chelsea’s Gallery District.

This RAL Companies project is open and airy, with each unit featuring either 12- or 14-foot-high ceilings to increase space. Robert A. Levine also utilized oversized windows in the new section, reaching from the floor to the ceiling, to further create this atmosphere. RAL Companies also focused on creating open-format floor plans, keeping traffic flow and design aesthetics in mind.

Although the condo units feature open designs, Robert Levine understands that privacy is desirable as well. Accordingly, RAL Companies also included private terraces, balconies, and gardens in their design plans, allowing owners to escape to solitude whenever they desire.

Other amenities present in each of the RAL Companies condos at Loft 25 include quality building materials, such as Nordic Ash hardwood flooring and sturdy solid-core wood doors featuring durable stainless-steel hardware. The signature all glass kitchens became the signature of the building's high style design. Every bathroom and kitchen is completely fitted with state-of-the-art custom Italian design and fixtures by RAL Companies. Asko washer and dryer units complete the homes and afford residents the convenience of in-home laundry.
