Mr. Patrick Cooper is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School. He received his J.D. from the university, and is currently working toward his Master’s in Human Resources at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During his academic career at Marshall Law School, Cooper was a member of the Brehon Society. Before he attended law school, Patrick completed his undergraduate studies at Marquette University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in HR in 1987. As a former practicing attorney, Cooper has significant skill in all aspects of employee relations. Patrick is also experienced in drafting position statements before state Equal Rights Division (ERD) and Federal EEOC including NLRB and HR compliance. He also possesses significant experience in all aspects of employee on-boarding, training, and KSA (Knowledge, Skills, & Attitude) development. With his many years of experience and training, Cooper continues to provide his expertise through his consulting services. If one is in need of an HR expert and professional, Patrick Cooper delivers the goods with both his professional and academic experience. Today, he continues to work as a consultant specialist and consultant, helping organizations make better decisions and working to create only the most excellent work environment for all workers. Cooper still finds time in his busy schedule to do the things he loves. When Cooper is not working, he likes to spend time playing golf or soccer. Another one of Patrick’s favorite activities is fishing. Cooper currently resides in Mequon, Wisconsin.
