Milford Skane
Milford Skane, Chairman of CEATS, Inc., celebrates a long and diverse career of electronic and technological expertise. In addition to being recognized as the co-founder of CEATS, Milford Skane also serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Since 1997, he has administrated all business and licensing developments in addition to overseeing the creation and patent procurement of the technology that provides the foundation of CEATS’ success. A student of engineering at The University of New Hampshire, Milford Skane continued to specialize in electronics and computerized technology after enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. During one assignment, Skane served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of the night crew for a VMFP3/Air recon squadron at Marine Air Station El Toro. Milford Skane gained the necessary expertise to begin work in the private sector with AlliedSignal, where he tested guidance systems for militarized air-, land-, and sea- based platforms. Skane continued to test electronics on the component level as an Engineering Technician for Rockwell International and attained a Top Secret security clearance for his work on CADC and SCADC systems for various military and civilian aircrafts. Going into business for himself in 1987, Milford Skane founded Computer Services Personified, where he repaired computer equipment and developed networks for clients such as Neutrogena Corporation, Arthur Anderson, LLP, and various law offices. Moving on to become President and CEO of MS InterGATE, Inc. in 1995, Milford Skane worked to design initial Internet-based programs that eventually led to the creation of the patented CyberSEATS technology. Two years later, he launched his current endeavor, CEATS, Inc., a company that has changed the way tickets are purchased online. Today, Milford Skane continues to reinforce his pledge of devoting considerable time and attention to generating new innovations that will enhance the satisfaction of his clients.
