Michael Mildenberger
Born, raised, and educated in Germany, Michael Mildenberger currently lives in the Miami, Florida, area. He serves as Managing Partner of the Americas division for Corporate Finance Partners, a Berlin-based mergers and acquisition firm. Mr. Mildenberger’s location allows him convenient access to major markets in Central America and South America, as well as the company’s two North American offices in New York City and San Francisco. He established the San Francisco office three years ago, and in January 2011, he established the New York office, where he has spent half his time since. Mr. Mildenberger speaks fluent German, English, and Spanish, skills that have proved valuable as he navigates the complexities of international finance.
Michael Mildenberger leverages his experience with a broad range of corporate finance actions, including portfolio management, business valuation, and venture capital allotment. He is also experienced in conducting due diligence for complex corporate restructuring, purchasing, and selling, from negotiated buyouts to leveraged takeover bids. Corporate Finance Partners maintains a physical presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, while executing deals across the globe. Mr. Mildenberger assists the company in advising the middle market technology sector on financial matters and merger and acquisition transactions.
Michael Mildenberger joined the team at Corporate Finance Partners with more than 10 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial success in the technology sector. He co-founded and held the title of Chief Executive Officer for two companies, AeonWare, an e-commerce software firm, and Wireless Fire, which focused on the growing field of mobile entertainment. Before spending six years building his own companies, Mr. Mildenberger functioned as an independent consultant to Daimler-Benz Interservices, which handled asset management for the automobile manufacturer.
