Matthew Triggs Proskauer Rose
Attorney Matthew Triggs is a litigation partner with Proskauer Rose LLP, based in the firm’s Boca Raton office. He heads Proskauer Rose’s litigation practice in South Florida.
Matthew Triggs represents corporations, financial institutions and individuals in matters concerning fiduciary duties, commercial and securities law issues, real estate and probate matters. The matters Matthew Triggs handles range from contested receivership hearings and contract disputes to commercial foreclosures and FINRA arbitrations. Mr. Triggs also defends officers in suits alleging claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Additionally, he represents directors in shareholder derivative actions.
In addition to his work with Proskauer Rose, Matthew Triggs serves on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and participates in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Matthew Triggs earned his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
