Mark Sanders
Chief Executive Officer Mark Sanders currently leads America’s Home Program, Inc., a company which he founded in 2009 in Tampa, Florida. He saw a need to help stabilize the housing market while assisting families with purchasing homes. AHP’s team assists prospective home buyers in qualifying for loans, as well as obtaining appropriate properties. In addition, the firm helps investors in making new investments and renting out homes.
A serial entrepreneur, Mark Sanders has founded two other businesses: Horizon Foods and Lube All. Horizon Foods grew to service 26 markets with 428 trucks and earn $258 million in revenue during Mr. Sanders’ 12 years as President. Lube All provided maintenance and mobile lubrication services prior to becoming part of Quaker State. In addition, Mark Sanders founded a delivery service, which he later sold to Circuit City.
Mark Sanders enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and reading. He has contributed extensively to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Carolinas chapter, as well as donated funds to facilitate home purchases for families in need. He spent three years coordinating a Salvation Army volunteer effort that provided meals to those in need at Christmas and Thanksgiving.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mark Sanders earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master in Business Administration from the institution. He also completed a law degree at the University. As a high school student, he served as President of his school’s DECA group and as a national champion.
