An avid golfer and skier, facility management executive Mark Hilgart shares his enthusiasm for sports with youth in the greater Milwaukee area. Certified as an American Sport Education Program coach, he led fourth- and fifth-grade girls in select basketball for two years and flag football teams for the Sussex Lions Club, Inc., for four years. In the latter sport, his team won the championship in 2009 and came in 2nd in 2010. Mark Hilgart also coaches select baseball in the Land O’ Leagues, where he will lead a team of 13-year-olds in 2012.

A high school and college wrestler, Mark Hilgart placed 3rd in the Wisconsin High School Wrestling State Tournament. He also garnered academic all-state honors. At the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, while earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Fitness, Mark Hilgart wrestled for four years, placing at the conference competition. He also holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. Mark Hilgart remains fit by golfing on courses throughout Wisconsin and skiing in Colorado, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

As a businessman in senior-level management for more than 25 years, Mark Hilgart served as executive director of a home medical equipment firm providing services to thousands of patients through eight branches. He also accepted a leadership role as vice president of a home care services company that offered infusion therapy, respiratory assistance, and durable medical equipment. In this capacity, Mark Hilgart managed a staff of more than 1,000 and oversaw 12 branches.

In January 2010, Mark Hilgart joined Quest Management Solutions, headquartered in Sussex, Wisconsin, as a Partner and National Accounts Manager. The facility management company assesses pricing, vendor selection, frequency of services, add-on charges, units of measure, and other details to identify opportunities to reduce costs for businesses with any number of buildings. Mark Hilgart oversees the process, which includes placing a facility’s contract out for bid after reviewing current usage, negotiating with vendors, and presenting a summary and recommendations to potential clients. In addition to his professional and leisure pursuits, Mark Hilgart supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
