L. Bradley Schwartz
Co-founder and partner of Mordini & Schwartz, a Chicago-based law firm specializing in personal injury and property damage lawsuits, Bradley Schwartz possesses an extensive background in defense litigation and jury trials. He has tried over 80 defense cases to verdict in Cook and surrounding counties. Additionally, Bradley Schwartz functioned as lead counsel in 27 reported cases from 1993 to 1994; he earned recognition by The Verdict Reporter as the second most active trial attorney in Cook County during that time. Mr. Schwartz and his colleagues at Mordini & Schwartz represent insurance companies and their clients in lawsuits, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and first party and declaratory judgment actions.
Prior to forming Mordini & Schwartz in 1996, Bradley Schwartz and his partner met while working as litigation attorneys at Moss & Hillison, a practice also in Chicago. The firm had represented a variety of auto carriers, taxicab companies, and others, but was limited in its practice. Mr. Schwartz and his associate left to develop a firm that represented a group of automobile carriers and their insured. As one of the few independent Chicago law firms that focuses in the defense of non-standard liability claims, Mordini & Schwartz has earned a reputation for its trial strategy and extensive preparation of cases for trial.
Bradley Schwartz oversees daily operations and client relations at Mordini & Schwartz. and has significantly contributed to the firm’s growth and its current representation of high-profile insurance companies. These include American Service Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, Alamo Rent-A Car, and several others.
