At 17 years old, Silicon Valley entrepreneur Kyle Tibbitts established his first business and garnered marked success. The political clothing and merchandise site he founded grew to attract more than 2,000 hits every day, as well as considerable sales. He subsequently graduated from Oaks Christian High School and enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at the school, Kyle Tibbitts managed a varied course load as well as a host of extracurricular engagements.
For two summers, Kyle Tibbitts joined Salem Communications as a Research Analyst and proved instrumental in the architecture of marketing initiatives. He later applied these skills as a co-founder of Shadowforce, LLC, an innovative mobile application design company that received mention from many major media outlets, including Geek.com, Engadget, the Los Angeles Times, and NBC. Kyle Tibbitts worked with his co-founders to help design the game and developed and produced the initial promo video, which received more than 200,000 views. Additionally, he led the design of Gunman, a game downloaded more than 1 million times from the iPhone app store.
In 2008, Kyle Tibbitts leveraged his passion for modern technology and professional leadership to found his own company, Fusion, Inc. The firm, which caters to small and medium-sized businesses, empowers their collaboration efforts by bringing game dynamics into day-to-day work. The Fusion platform presents a clear picture of the workplace, with information on each employee’s present projects and real-time sales analysis, as well as tools for easy scheduling, communicating, and file sharing.
