Ken Losch
A successful real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in the field, Ken Losch played an instrumental role in earning the awards his firm has won, including Arizona Multihousing Association’s Developer Award for Best Community Design Built in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Passionate about creating residential spaces that foster interaction, fitness, and relaxation, Losch strives to combine striking aesthetics with a sense of community. As a principal and co-founder of Tempe, Arizona-headquartered Trillium Residential, Ken Losch oversees the firm’s 6 boutique residential communities as well as planning for upcoming ventures. Ken Losch shares his expertise with others through events such as Start Up Meet Up at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. Ken Losch pursues a number of other passions in addition to real estate. A dedicated father of three, he enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking with his sons and wife Lori Losch. Ken Losch is an IFR-rated pilot and has logged 1,800 flight hours. Additionally, Losch frequently engages in racing events including the Indy Pro Series and the Best in the Desert off-road racing series. Ken Losch remains informed about sporting communities through membership with the American Motorcycle Association and Score International Offroad Racing. He enjoys reading, and counts Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged and Malcolm Galdwell’s Outliers among his favorite business books. Outside of recreational activities, Ken Losch serves as a co-founding Board Member of nonprofit organization TRACares Foundation. Through his efforts with TRACares Foundation, Ken Losch endeavors to rebuild communities and leave them with the means to flourish. Past accomplishments of TRACares Foundation include Zambia’s Kafakumba Training Center, a farm and fish hatchery that offers citizens sustainable means of both food and commerce.
