Duerk and Associates Real Estate Development provides housing in the form of properties that are distressed or involved in the process of foreclosure. The company improves the properties, which become affordable housing for Maryland families. Duerk takes pride in the condition of his properties and as a property owner, he is highly rated by his tenants.
Duerk and Associates Commercial Bulk Trash Removal removes refuse from properties, including office buildings, warehouses, retail centers, apartment complexes, and condominium communities across the greater Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., area.
Joshua Duerk holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude with a 3.5 grade point average. During his college years, he served as a peer tutor in the humanities. He was a member of the Beta Theta chapter of Theta Chi fraternity.
In his free time, Duerk enjoys playing and watching sports. He loves cars of all types and considers driving an activity that is both invigorating and relaxing.
