J. Kale Flagg
In recent years, J. Kale Flagg has experienced considerable success in entrepreneurial roles, building three companies from zero revenues to more than $100 million each. Mr. Flagg has been involved with Stable Development, LLC, since 2004, serving as the Owner, Director, and Chief Operations Officer. Through the company, J. Kale Flagg shares equity partnership with the professionals who want to own, rather than lease, the buildings in which their companies are located. He also recently joined the team at the American Redevelopment Fund, LP, for which he serves as a General Partner and the Chief Operations Manager. Apart from his ventures in the real estate business, Mr. Flagg has been part of the management team at AZAS, LLC, d/b/a ReGenesis International, since 2002, and previously worked with Eternity Medicine Institute, LLC, as Chief Operations Manager from 2008 until 2011.
Married for more than decade and a half, J. Kale Flagg is the father of four children. He maintains membership in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization as well as the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Flagg grew up in Hawaii, where he attended ‘Iolani High School in Honolulu. He was a high school State Wrestling Champion three times in a row, as well as a member of the track and water polo teams. For his accomplishments, he received the Walter Goo Award for the best student athlete before graduating in 1985. After earning his high school diploma from ‘Iolani, J. Kale Flagg continued on to Yale University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science in 1989. During his time at Yale, Mr. Flagg joined the Varsity Wrestling team and served as the Treasurer and House Chairman of the Sigma Nu Fraternity.
