Hasan Yardimci
Hasan Yardimci received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Turkey's Bogazici University, before taking a full time position as a Business Development Manager for Istanbul-based dairy producer Peysan. Reporting to the President, Hasan Yardimci focused his efforts on finding new revenue streams for the company as well as improving existing operations.
In 1997, Hasan Yardimci earned a full-tuition scholarship from the Turkish Education Fund and relocated to the United States to attend Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. While at Kellogg, Mr. Yardimci pursued concentrations in Finance, Marketing and Strategy.
After graduating in 1999, Hasan Yardimci joined McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office, one of the most prestigious firms in the management consulting industry. During his four year tenure with McKinsey & Company, initially as an Associate and later as an Engagement Manager, Hasan Yardimci advised leading firms on growth, business building, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and operations issues. Hasan Yardimci’s clients spanned a range of industries including packaged goods, retail, food, and agriculture sectors.
In late 2003, Hasan Yardimci joined Miller Brewing Company as a Senior Manager of the newly formed Market Development and Corporate Strategy team and was then promoted to Director of National Pricing within two years. Mr. Yardimci continued to expand his expertise in consumer products, strategic planning as well as gain additional skills in local market planning, pricing and promotions.
In 2007, Hasan Yardimci began to work for Sears Holdings Corporation as a Director of Customer Strategy developing growth strategies for Home Appliances, Kenmore and Craftsman brands.
In his leisure time, Hasan Yardimci enjoys playing sports, particularly water polo. Yardimci played for the Turkish National water polo team early 90s, competing in national and international tournaments.
