Elliott Dolin

Elliott Dolin serves as Managing Partner of Pacific Prime Properties, co-founded with partner D. Joseph Hager in 1989. The firm focuses on commercial real estate investment, acquiring and repositioning industrial and retail properties, as well as medical offices. Elliott Dolin oversees Pacific Prime’s assets and supervises all aspects of property management, construction, and finance. Pacific Prime’s holdings exist throughout Southern California and Arizona, with typical transactions ranging from $1.5 million to $20 million. In assessing the potential value of an investment, Elliott Dolin considers whether the firm can add value or achieve income objectives. With in-house decision-making and funding, Pacific Prime moves quickly and independently.

Before beginning his career with Pacific Prime, Elliott Dolin attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he studied pre-law. Rutgers is a leading national public research university which strives to meet high standards of education on behalf of local, national, and international communities. Subsequently, he achieved a successful career as a professional musician with varied experience that ranges from playing the New York City club scene and the New Jersey Shore club circuit, as well as performing in the house orchestra at Catskill Mountain hotels. He also did a stint with the original incarnation of Manhattan Transfer. Moving to Tennessee, he worked as a Nashville studio musician; toured with country music artists such as Ray Price, Brenda Lee, and Donna Fargo (as bandleader); and served as legendary Jack "Cowboy" Clement's in-house studio bass player. There, he had the opportunity to meet and play, jam, or record with legends such as Johnny Cash, John Prine, Don Everly, and Stoney Edwards, along with musicians such as Wayne Jackson of the Memphis Horns, drummer Tony Newman (of David Bowie and Jeff Beck fame), and quintessential Nashville studio drummer Kenny Malone.

During his spare time, Elliott Dolin enjoys exercise, viticulture, and music. He also enjoys contributing his time to assist organizations such as Aish Tamid, a Los Angeles charity that provides social services, counseling, scholastic placement, and recreation for "kids at risk." In 2011, he facilitated construction of an exercise gym at its Los Angeles facility. Elliott Dolin’s other philanthropic activities include contributing to Doctors Without Borders; Chabad of California; Ezer Mizion; and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Using the contributions of philanthropists such as Elliott Dolin, the MDA has funded research dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy, ALS, and similar diseases. The organization also offers support services, education, advocacy, and health care for individuals and families affected by the disease. With more than 200 offices throughout the United States, the MDA sponsors hundreds of hospital-affiliated clinics and research products worldwide.

Elliott Dolin is also a vintage sports car enthusiast who often enters competitions for classic cars. In 2008, he won first place in Class O-1 Postwar Sports at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance for his 1953 Siata 208S Spider Motto Roadster.
