Dr Parham Ganchi
Consistently recognized as one of the best plastic surgeons in New Jersey and in the New York metropolitan region, Dr. Parham Ganchi has garnered several Patients’ Choice Awards. He has appeared on the Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd., lists of New Jersey Top Plastic Surgeons and New York Metro Area Top Plastic Surgeons each year since 2006. He also was honored by being named on the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s list of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons. In addition, Dr. Ganchi has published articles in a broad array of peer-reviewed journals. He was featured in mainstream periodicals through interviews in publications such as In Touch Weekly and Allure magazine.
Board certified in general surgery since 2000 and in plastic surgery since 2003, Dr. Ganchi holds a fellowship in the American College of Surgeons and memberships in the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons. After completing his plastic surgery residency at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Parham Ganchi began as a private practitioner in New Jersey.
During all of his procedures, Dr. Ganchi takes special care to create small incisions that result in minimal scarring that normally fades over time. Among many other services, Dr. Ganchi performs three basic forms of nipple correction and treatment to alleviate nipple abnormalities, including nipple augmentation, nipple reduction, and inverted nipple correction for men or women. These procedures are designed to benefit people who possess excessively large nipples or small nipples, as well as people who are experiencing a lack of confidence caused by disproportionate, lopsided, or inverted nipples.
Additionally, Dr. Ganchi performs male breast reduction surgery, also known as gynecomastia correction. This procedure may be performed under general or local anesthesia and safely removes excess skin, fat, or glandular tissue. Liposuction may be used, depending on the individual’s situation. A patient who underwent gynecomastia correction at Ganchi Plastic Surgery stated the following: “Dr. Ganchi was very passionate, empathetic, and reassuring. His credentials, the accreditation of the facility, and the staff were very important in the process.”
Dr. Parham Ganchi holds two patents, including one for a method called, "Cosmetic Hand Rejuvenation with Pliable Biocompatible Materials." He also has made presentations such as “A Practical Approach to Facial Rejuvenation” to the Iranian-American Medical Association and “Effects of Lidocaine and Epinephrine on Cutaneous Blood Flow,” co-authored with four other doctors at the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons.
