Dr. Dale Crum
Dale Crum, DDS, joined Oral Surgery Plus South in 1996; he currently serves as Managing Doctor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Located in Spokane, Washington, Oral Surgery Plus South provides comprehensive oral surgery services, including procedures involving orthognathic surgery, oral pathology, wisdom teeth removal, treatment for facial injuries, TMJ disorders, and bone grafting. Dr. Dale Crum accepts patients through referral by generalists. In his current practice, he performs a wide range of surgical procedures each year. Prior to joining Oral Surgery Plus South, he gained extensive experience performing orthognathic and TMJ surgery as a Staff Surgeon in the Maxillofacial Department with Kaiser Permanente in West Anaheim, California.
Dr. Dale Crum completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington before attending the Georgetown University School of Dentistry. In 1984, Dr. Dale Crum earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, graduating magna cum laude. Early in his career, he served with the United States Navy as a general practice resident and a General Dental Officer. Pursuing his career in oral and maxillofacial surgery, he completed a four-year training program as a resident at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Dale Crum actively maintains affiliations with such professional organizations as the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. As a longtime practitioner in Washington State, he also holds memberships with the Washington State Dental Association, the Washington State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Spokane District Dental Society. In his personal life, Dr. Dale Crum enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as snow skiing, water skiing, scuba diving, and fishing.
