As an innovator in his chosen profession, self-made businessman Yomtobian finds opportunities as he seeks to create a comprehensive online advertising solution under the brand name of Advertise.com. Taking the name in 2009 with the purchase of the domain name, the company now manages more than 20 billion ad impressions per month worldwide. Founded in 2001 by Yomtobian, the company initially existed as ABCSearch and operated as a pay-per-click service.
While growing the advertising business, Daniel Yomtobian continued to explore innovative technologies that elicited awards from the industry. Scour.com is one such innovation. A social search engine created in 2008, Scour.com received two distinguished awards. CNET, a respected online technology review site, gave Scour.com and Yomtobian a Webware 100 award. Scour.com also received a coveted Mashable Award, voted on by the online community. Finally, Daniel Yomtobian invented ClickShield™, a software that protects against fraud in on the Advertise.com pay-per-click network. Yomtobian successfully filed for, and received, a patent for the technology.
The success earned by Daniel Yomtobian has allowed him to take a greater role in improving his community. Early in his philanthropic mission, Yomtobian identified the charity People Assisting the Homeless as a worthy organization to assist.
