Celebratory menus generally include an extensive selection of hors d’oeuvres, entrées, salads, breads, and desserts. Culinary Design Associates offers over 150 choices of hors d’oeuvres, from standards such as canapés to ethnic specialties such as Greek spanakopita. Culinary Design Associates’ version of crudités is a colorful and artistic display of select cheeses, fresh fruits, and vegetables. For an entrée, clients can choose from 50 different Culinary Design Associates specialties, ranging from stuffed flounder to filet mignon to a variety of flavorful chicken dishes. Mixed green salads, Caesar salads, and Waldorf salads balance the palate, while hearty artisan breads add a wholesome and fulfilling element to the meal. Wedding party clients can also take advantage of a special “Tie the Knot” set price menu, which includes a choice of four different flavors of wedding cake using either traditional icing, basketweave icing, or shaved white chocolate. Culinary Design Associates also provides linens of various colors, glassware, stemware, and creative displays that add an element of sophistication. In addition to providing clients with healthy gourmet catering, Culinary Design Associates contributes to local fundraising events. Culinary Design Associates supports the American Cancer Society through an annual charitable event and donates food to community shelters on a regular basis.
