Brett Chepenik
Brett Chepenik founded Timed Exercise in 2009. An online fitness program sought after in more than 90 countries around the world, Timed Exercise stands as a unique system tailored to each user’s individual fitness needs; the efficient regimen requires only 30 minutes of combined cardiovascular and strength work per day. Hosting two physical locations available for fitness work in Jacksonville, Florida, Brett Chepenik has ushered in significant growth in the two years since the company’s inception. Timed Exercise provides group fitness plans for corporate interests as well as individual clients.
Owner and President Brett Chepenik has operated as a personal trainer in a multitude of prominent capacities for more than 15 years. He regularly appears as a fitness consultant on Jacksonville’s local FOX morning show and has trained professional athletes in the National Football League and the Ladies Professional Golf Association, including Laura Diaz, whom he trained on air in association with Golf Channel. Recently, he accepted a personal training position with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
While away from work, Brett Chepenik enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and giving back to his community. He serves at Jacksonville’s Heritage Institute in an advisory position with that institution’s Personal Training School. He also gives to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Boselli Foundation, which provides aid and opportunities to troubled youth. Brett Chepenik attended Emory University in Atlanta, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship.
