Bradley Marshall
Bradley Marshall brings a combination of formal training and real-world experience to his role as President of Chartmans, Inc. Specializing in longshore and federal worker claims, he provides comprehensive representation designed to resolve employment disputes and achieve optimal outcomes for all the parties involved. With a history of negotiations as a sports agent, Marshall is a savvy resolution finder, having negotiated multimillion dollar deals on behalf of athletes such as Doug Christie and Clifford Robinson.
Bradley Marshall completed his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Religious Studies at the University of Washington in Seattle. He participated in golf, swimming, and hiking and served as a member of the student government. Marshall went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the same institution and participated in the Christian Legal Society, in addition to earning certifications as an agent for athletes and entertainers. Bradley Marshall later served as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University’s School of Business and Economics, where he taught on the subject of The Legal Environment of Business. His excellence in instruction earned him the Teacher of the Year Award in 2005. He also taught Sports Management and Law at the University of Washington School of Law as an Adjunct Professor.
An ordained minister, Bradley Marshall serves as an Associate Minister in his church, assisting in a leadership capacity and guiding the church’s development. A passionate church advocate, Marshall has presented lectures on various church topics such as Ethics in Ministry, the Legal Environment of Ministry, and Legal Pitfalls in the Church. Marshall resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his family. He contributes to the United Negro College Fund and an annual scholarship dinner.
